As I stood next to my friend I noticed a few other guests who were also complaining about their rooms. They called the front desk and asked for a better room. Surely enough, they were given a west tower room and when we got there, it was FILTHY and smelled of musk and mold!! The tv was from 1995 and barley got any channels.
I told them to take a south tower room and AVOID the west tower. I warned them about but to expect and told them I refused to put a PENNY into this casino (except at Hooters).
Stayed here last week with a few friends who were visiting and made the mistake of booking here without asking me first.
